God welcomes all.
We believe that God acts in baptism, through water and the Word of God, to adopt us as children of God, sisters and brothers of Jesus Christ, marked with the cross of Christ forever.
We follow Jesus’ command to: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19). God welcomes all, and we baptize at any age. As we read in the book of Acts, a new believer said to the disciple Philip, “Here is water. What is to prevent me from being baptized?” The answer is clear: nothing. Prior membership is not required. God welcomes you and your children into the family of God.
